This carving knife is made by Narex in the Czech Republic.  It has a manganese steel blade that is hardened to HRc 61 and has a 25 mm radius hook which makes it idea for carving concave recesses in spoon and bowls.  The blade is about 18 mm wide and 3 mm thick, with only one edge sharpened - this version is right handed, so designed to cut when pulling with the right hand or pushing with the left hand.

The handle is made from stained beech and is about 32 mm wide and 115 mm long.
