This turning tool set includes 4 interchangeable 170 mm long steel tool shafts, with square, curved, round and diamond/parting shaped carbide cutters. The 250 mm long beech handle has set screws that allow the cutters to be quickly changed out.
When the carbide cutters start to get dull, they can be rotated to expose a fresh cutting edge. Once all the available cutting surfaces on a carbide insert are dull, it is possible to resharpen them using a diamond sharpening stone, however we also stock replacement carbide cutters which are available for a very reasonable price.
The complete turning set is supplied in a wooden box with foam insert.
